The Berlac Group develops and manufactures products for the new and repair rail sector. We carry out special developments with a high requirement profile in the area of stone chip protection.
We have approvals from various railroad companies, e.g. Deutsche Bahn AG (DB), Austrian Federal Railways (ÖBB), Swiss Federal Railways AG (SBB), Czech Railways (CD Railways).
Depending on the requirements of the rail vehicle industry, one- or two-component systems – both solvent- and water-based – are used. Deployment. One focus here is on special products for axles, wheelsets and bogies. In the area of corrosion and stone chip protection, our thick-film systems offer high film thicknesses of, for example, 8 mm.
