For more than 40 years, ISL has been developing and manufacturing top-quality pigment preparations for a host of applications in the plastics, paint and coating industries. ISL has already elaborated more than 6000 formulations with customer-specific properties (e.g. in respect of rheology, stability, colour fastness, etc.) and in the individual shades required. 

DE REM offers a broad range of pigment preparations for colouring a wide variety of different materials. These can be used for colouring the following: epoxy moulding compound for industrial flooring, solvent-based paint systems, polyurethane and jointing compounds based on silicone rubber, water-thinnable paint and lacquer systems and flexible PVC, PVC compounds and related materials. DE REM pigment preparations are hallmarked by the following properties:

• high compatibility in solvent-based, solvent-free and aqueous binder systems
• trouble-free cross-linking in a variety of different binders
• very good flocculation resistance and excellent rub-out values
• high weather resistance of carrier resin
• strong liquefying of pigment paste at low shear forces to ensure trouble-free pumpability
• good storage stability with low tendency for separation.
